HE PASSED!!!

Saturday was Kevin's last day of the Fire Academy. He passed all his written tests, skills tests and even the CPAT other wise know as "12 Minutes of Hell". Here is a video of what the CPAT is.

This guy is amazing... 6:27 that's DAMN fast! Kevin completed it in 10:03 and he said "I didn't even try to hard!" SO HUMBLE! OK so really he said was that he didn't want to kill himself, but just get it done under the time limit. You have to walk the whole time except during the hose drag. Tonight was the first time I have seen this video and now that I have seen what he had to do I am even more impressed!!! I am so PROUD of him!!!!! (Kevin... not Big Bill.... LOL!)

It was a bitter sweet day for him. He is so glad to be done but will definitely miss it! Now it's time to find a job, not so easy here in Utah. He is going to test at West Jordan City, where they are hiring only a couple people and 160 people are applying. Hopefully he will be one of them!!! If not he will keep applying until he get hired on somewhere! Maybe we will have to move somewhere exotic... Australia?? Do they have a Target there???
