And so it begins!

Last night was Kevin's first night at the West Valley City Fire Academy. It was a lonely night for me, because the house was so quiet. I know I have to get used to it. I have gotten lots of projects that I am going to do while he is at class but last night I was not feeling it so I just veged. He has to bring home his "turn out gear" so that he can practice putting it on in under a minute. And me being me, had to take a pic for everyone to see!

I shot a video of him practicing. He did pretty good this time but as the night progressed he got slower. He asked me to yell "FIRE DRILL" at some point in the evening so that he would be suprised.... Oh I loved it! I got the stop watch ready and yelled, but I didn't just yell once I yelled "FIRE DRILL" like 5 times and he was laughing so hard it took him a really long time to get it on. So the next time I only said it once and he did much better. By the end of the class he will be a pro and then I will video him again. It can only get better right? video

Ok I can't figure out how to make it turn so it is right side up... I hope you can get the drift anyways!

You know how you turn the camera to face straight... I think that's how you would make the picture tilt up. *I'm not sure, I'm not sure... :)* Anyhow, Go KEV! Mighty Midget! WOOOOOOOO! Fire Drill!
